On 22 and 23 October, 2008, the Espanola Valley Chamber of Commerce, partnering regional Chambers of Commerce and Economic Development Organizations, will be your host at what we expect to be the largest ever business expo in northern New Mexico history.

Based on web traffic, inquiries and the tremendous interest being generated by our initial Expo Newsletter, there is little doubt that we fully expect this year's events to be sold-out.

Our intent is to provide a structured forum for you, the business person, to maximize your business opportunities by exposing you to hundreds of potential customers in a single 8-hour period.

This year's Expo message of Staying Ahead by Looking Ahead  is one of the major drivers in our efforts to attract large New Mexico industry to the event.  We want to encourage you to  look ahead and learn about existing and new industry entering the state of New Mexico that have a need for your products or services.  Helping you take advantage of these industry opportunities is one of our major goals.

I want to thank our partners for helping us make this year's Expo a great success. Without their help and support we would not be able to achieve the goals that we are looking to accomplish.  This year's event is a partnering effort of regional business advocacy organizations which include:

  • Espanola Valley Chamber of Commerce

  • Santa Fe Chamber of Commerce

  • Los Alamos Chamber of Commerce

  • Los Alamos Commerce and Development Corporation

  • Taos County Chamber of Commerce

  • Chama Valley Chamber of Commerce

  • Greater Espanola Valley Community Development Corporation

Our web-site for the event went live approximately three weeks ago and we have received dozens of questions and inquiries about the event mostly related to participation and registration.  Our Web's registration module is being developed to provide a seamless method of registering.  Once the registration module is complete, you will be advised via this Newsletter.

We are updating the site on a weekly basis to provide your more information.  An FAQ section was added just this week that will answer many of the questions that have been received. (CLICK HERE for FAQ's)
