We are also acutely aware of our competition from other regions and other states. We are moving forward to improve our transportation, housing and workforce, so we can keep up with the many more affluent areas that use their economic advantages to reach audiences to which we may not yet have access. The Northern New Mexico Business Expo '08 is an exciting opportunity to reach a new and broader audience. It is also an opportunity to become better acquainted with potential partners in our own region. Many times we do not realize the resources we have available to us. The Expo will give us a better understanding of how we can keep our expenditures within our own region and at the same time open new regional markets. The Taos County Chamber of Commerce is proud to be a part of this Expo. Our mission is to assist you to advance our community's business, agricultural and commercial sectors through the building of its entrepreneurial and economic growth.
