Sponsor Set Up and Submissions

Below is general information on setting up your exhibitor space and submission of Logos, Ads and other material. Should you have any questions please contact us at your convenience.

When Can I Set Up My Exhibit?

Before you enter the exhibit hall to set up your exhibit you must first visit the registration booth and obtain your registration materials. You will receive your ID badge that will give you access to the Exhibit Hall. You will be given an exhibit (booth) location number at that time.

You can begin setting up your exhibits on Wednesday 22 October after 1:00 p.m. If it is a small exhibit you may set up your exhibit on the morning of Thursday 23 October from 7:30 to 8:15. However, all exhibits must be assembled by no later than Thursday 23 October at 8:15 a.m.

Sponsor Submissions/Service Requests

As an Expo Sponsor, you may submit certain information that will serve to market your firm and also give your firm credit as a sponsor of this event. The information that you submit is broken down in detail below together with the cut-off dates for information submission.

The cut-off date represents the last day that you have to submit information for it appear in the corresponding Expo materials, web-site, Expo Guide, etc. Cut-off dates are firm and necessary to ensure sufficient lead-times for materials to be properly printed, shipped and received. Therefore, it is very important to submit your information before the cut-off date set forth below. Thank You.
